Warranty
- Tarptent products have a lifetime warranty against defects in material and/or craftsmanship, to the original purchaser from Tarptent or an authorized Tarptent distributor. For products purchased form a retailer/distributor, warranty inquiries should be directed to the original retailer/distributor.
- We stand behind every Tarptent and will make every effort to repair or replace products that fail due to defects in workmanship or materials. As Tarptent products are in use all over the globe, we will typically provide materials and pay for simple fixes to get done locally to reduce shipping costs and delays. Any repair we deem too technical or that requires intimate product knowledge will be done by Tarptent. Normal wear and tear repairs will be done on a “at cost” basis, and we will provide a price quote before beginning the work. In many cases, we charge only for the return shipping.

- Missing or incorrect products delivered: If we do not send you what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send any missing parts/products to the original shipping address or a shipping address within the same county. Most notably for orders delivered with free shipping inside the US we may need to change you a shipping fee if the desired shipping address for missing parts/products is outside of the US.
- Note on DCF and UltraTNT Fabrics: Laminate fabrics such as Dyneema® Composite Fabric and UltraTNT are fundamentally different than typical coated woven fabrics. Laminate fabrics will have some inherently irregularities and close inspection may reveal visual discontinuities such as lines, color differences, spots, or fiber misalignment, not present in typical coated woven fabrics. These visual breaks are not usually considered defects or affect performance. If you are unsatisfied with the nature of a laminate fabric please contact us and you are also welcome return it under our standard return policy..
