Return Policy:
- Return Window: Products can be returned or exchanged for a full refund of the product’s price within 30 days of purchase if they meet the below criteria. We are often willing to extend this a bit, but please contact us first for approval if outside of the 30-day window.
- Product Condition: The original purchaser of may return or exchange ‘like new’ products for a full refund of the product’s price.
- ‘like new’ means the product has not been used in a way that induces any noticeable wear.
- We understand that setting up a tent is essential to evaluation, but products must be able to be resold as new so a test pitch on grass is usually fine, but slept in tents will not qualify.
- Items must be returned relatively neatly folded and assembled in the original condition in which it was sent. (please do not stuff returned tents)
- Seam-Sealing: Properly seam-sealed tent are eligible for return if the meet standard product condition requirements. Products seam-sealed with urethane or any product other than clear silicone sealant are not eligible.
- Stakes: Lightweight stakes are designed to be inserted and removed by hand and not hammered. Returned stakes will be evaluated for wear and if worn or damaged may be deducted for the refund given.
- Multi-Tent Returns: Returns involving multiple complete tents may incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Repeated Returns: Payment processing fees may not be refunded for repeated returns by a single customer.
- Refund Payment: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Procedure:
- All returns must be “ordered” by clicking the return link below and filling in your information. We will not accept returns that have not been ordered.
- Choose the “Check Payments” at checkout to complete the order without entering any payment information and you can ignore any displayed shipping charges.
- You are responsible for shipping the returned product(s) back to our address in Nevada City, CA below.
- We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking so that you know your package arrived safely at our office.
- Please write “Return” on the box and include a printout of your return order receipt.
