Trekking pole tip extender tubes made from carbon fiber. These 7.25in / 180mm extenders add approximately 5 in / 125mm to the overall length of a typical trekking pole. (added length varies somewhat with trekking pole tip design)
These tubes come with a trekking pole tip pocket that ties into tent apexes or cording.

These extenders can be used for lengthening shorter trekking poles for freestanding pitching of the following tents:

*The Triple Rainbow DW requires 4 trekking poles for freestanding pitching and uses the extender tubes to join two poles tip-to-tip.
