General repair for Tarptent models. $50 is an estimate and covers most but not all repairs. We will contact you before beginning work if we expect the cost to exceed $30.

• When sending your tent in we highly recommend using a shipping method with tracking so that we both know your package arrived safely at our office.
• Please send only the parts of the tent that need repair and include a printout of your repair order receipt and a note describing the desired repair. Please also remove any non-permanent personal add-ons, modifications, and extra guylines before sending the tent in. We are not responsible for repairing any damage that is not explicitly requested.
• We will not repair dirty tents. Please clean the parts being sent in fully inside and out. A thorough wipe down in and out with a damp cloth is good enough for typical dust and grime but dirtier tents should be hand-washed in a bucket/sink with lukewarm water and mild soap such as Woolite.
